NGO incident-reporting app

White-label Flutter app for documenting incidents and supporting victims, built to work on bad networks.

A Flutter app for human-rights NGOs. Field agents document incidents, follow up with victims and manage shelters; victims can file reports themselves. The same codebase ships under several organisations' brands. Reports come from places with poor connectivity, so the app writes every submission to SQLite before calling the API.

No report left behind: write-ahead drafts in a Flutter app for bad networks

When a field agent submits an incident report from a place with one bar of signal, the request can fail after they've already moved on. Here's the write-ahead draft pattern I used in a Flutter app for human-rights NGOs: persist to SQLite first, delete only on success, and replay the rest.
